Kramer came to us as part of our most recent rescues where we took in 13 Chihuahuas. Kramer likes to snuggle and will smile when he is happy. He is quickly stealing hearts in the Moses house! Kramer is UTDon core vaccines, altered, microchipped, and has been started on flea and heartworm prevention.
