WAGS Rescue welcomes Rhett. He is a 22 month Chihuahua mix that came to us as part of the 38 dogs from a hoarding case a couple months ago. Rhett is very gentle but is still very scared of new people. He will need an owner who is willing to give this sweet boy the time he needs to blossom.
