About Amos

Amos is a handsome, gentle, and sweet, four-year-old, 13-pound, hunky brown tabby cat looking for a loving guardian. Amos is outgoing, full of head butts and love. He doesn't have a shy bone in his body. He's well-behaved with other cats, upon proper introduction, but appears nervous with dogs. He is well-behaved in the home, has perfect litter box habits, and loves to play with feather toys. Amos' guardian was a woman in her 90's who has recently moved to assisted-living. He's being boarded at a vet hospital until he finds a new loving home. Because Amos is considered a flight risk, he's looking for a more secure home, perhaps an elevator building where he won't get out if someone leaves a door open. He is extremely healthy, neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, micro-chipped and virus-tested negative. His adoption fee of $100 benefits rescued pets.
