Axel is Not in our rescue, but we did asses him today. He would make an EXCELLENT personal protection dog. When i approached him, he barked territorially, but settled down within about 30 seconds. He was reactive to people and other dogs around us. He hasn't seen the outside world or exercise for over 4 months, so he is frustrated and full of energy. He needs someone VERY experienced with working type dogs who wants to work bitework or protection with him.
