ROSCOE Roscoe is a 6-yr old Coon Hound, who is looking for a forever home after his 'father' passed away a couple of weeks ago. He is a over-sized (approx. 80 lbs) lap-dog, with a sweet personality. He is NOT a hunting dog, and has lived indoors his entire life. He has been living in a crate most of the past few months, while his father had been in the hospital, and really needs more interaction with people in a new forever home. We are unable to keep Roscoe, or Tucker ourselves (10 dogs already), and have to find a Forever Home or Foster home as quickly as possible...they do not deserve to be in crates at their Dad's house, with nobody there. Roscoe is good with children (our 8-yr old grandson), and has lived with Tucker (a Blue Tick Hound) for the past 5 years. Not sure how he is with cats or other dogs, but he has been Neutered, and has a generally great personality, so he would probably be OK if introduced properly. We would love to re-home him with his 'brother' Tucker, but a good home is the most important thing we can try and give him, and I'm sure he would adapt quickly. He is current on all his vaccinations, with his next 3-yr Rabies due April 2019, and just had DHPPC and Bordetella done 3/1/2018. He has had Heartworm Check (negative) and was given Advantage Multi (Parasite control) on 3/1/2018.
