About Sammy

Sammy is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Sammy is currently fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County). Sammy is a sweet guy of about 2-3 years and 45 lbs that we rescued from a hoarding case. He is a nice boy, on the submissive side, and easily corrected. He does well with kids and men as well as women. He is a pretty mellow fellow with an average energy level. He gets along great with other dogs, loves to play with them and is starting to show some interest in toys like the ball and tug. He is leery of loud noises like gunshots. He is housebroken and crate trained, and knows some basic commands. Sammy is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative. He is ready for his forever home!
