About Trish

Trish sadly needs a new home. Might there be someone out there who would be that person? They have to move to Hawaii due to the husband's job and are afraid of putting this dog through the quarantine period and trip over there as she is 11 years old. Trish is a very well-behaved Border Collie, not hyper like most Border Collies but does like to play ball. She is very smart and learns fast. They have had her since she was 2. She is very healthy, is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on all shots (except Bordetella which can be taken care of if needed). She is an indoor dog, house-trained and crate-trained. She is somewhat of a dominant dog and might do better as an only dog but does well with submissive, laid back dogs. She lived with another dog. Not sure about cats since she has never been around them. She is great with small children, but would be happy with older children who can run around with her and throw balls for her. She would come with all her worldly possessions, including her crate, leash, heart worm preventative, flea preventative and past medical records. Their main concern is finding her a good home. They hate not taking her with them, but after looking into what it would entail for her to go with them, they feel it is best for her not to.
