Location Miami SHILOH'S' story from her first Guardian Angel Though an unexpected series of events, a young female befriended a man in the end stages of liver cirrhosis who has a 5 year old female Rottweiler who needs a new, safe home. She has been somewhat neglected over the last few years because her owner has been very sick. Her Guardian Angel contacted GGARR , asking for help as she was leaving for school and will be unable to take care of Shiloh Housebroken: Yes, so long as she is able to be let out after she eats. She has been known to jump fences if she spots an animal on the other side of the fence, So a 6ft fence is a must. She's been going on daily walks as well. Temperament: - Children: She loves kids. Her foster mom has a younger sister she adores. Other dogs/cats:Foster mom has not had chance to test her as of yet. She feels that she would need time to adjust to another pet in the family and feel comfortable knowing that she was just as loved as her new brother or sister. Shiloh LOVES water including baths of any kind. She likes toys a lot, but she can be a bit protective over them and not always willing to share. So will need to be worked with on this , prob best for older kids. When Shiloh was picked from her former owner's she was being housed in an outdoor kennel and appeared to be neglected. She had a harness on that has caused multiple sores around her abdomen which I have been cleaning and treating daily and they are healing nicely thus far. Despite her condition, she is incredibly loving and thankful to have love and care. She has a healthy coat, normal appetite, and seems to be maintaining a normal weight. From her foster mom's observations , it seems that as her owner's health declined, Shiloh was given the bare minimum care needed to keep her alive, but for the past two weeks she has been in foster she is blossoming , free from her cage.
