Meet Koda, an 11 week old shepherd & husky mix. She was being sold on Facebook along with her 5 siblings. I was only able to save her and her sister Hazel (also available for adoption)- the others were sold before I found them. They both had tapeworms, coccidian and giardia when we first rescued them. They have been treated by my vet and both are doing great! They have received the first two rounds of their puppy shots and will be spayed before being adopted out (March 5th they will be 12 weeks). I am asking for a $150 rehoming fee which will go towards the vet expenses we have incurred taking them in. Koda is about 80% potty trained - we have a doggy door and she will regularly go outside on her own - but there are occasions where she will simply squat in the house. She is VERY playful - I have 4 dogs of my own (1 male, 3 females) plus her sister and she loves to play with all of them. She definitely has high energy and needs a home with someone willing to give her love and attention. She is located in Roswell, NM but can be transported to the right home. I do rescue work and have contacts all over NM, so a home check and adoption application are required. Please message me with any questions or to see more pictures. I would LOVE if Koda and her sister Hazel could be adopted together, but if not, all I can ask for is a loving & forever home.
