About Sun Conure

Meet Phoebe! Pheebs will be one years old in March and is the sweetest little firecracker! She is quite the social butterfly; my roommates and I call her a 'homie-hopper' as she likes to go from one friend to the next to play. She gets along great with other animals too. For example, my roomate's dog and Phoebe will play and keep themselves entertained. She loves her baths(the pic is right after a bath), stealing your granola and giving gentle kisses. She is perch trained, to step up and will sit on heads and shoulders. She is almost fully potty trained too, so she knows when and where to go poops. In the mornings, she'll snuggle in bed with me for a little bit as she loves her neck rubs and rolling in the blankets. She has quite the personality! Pheebs does not bite unless angered, even so she's not using biting as first reaction anymore. The reason for needing to re-home is purely because I no longer have the time to train and love on her as much as she deserves. She is self suficient but conures are bonding birds so she needs a home that can give her lots of attention. If possible, I would love to stay in contact with her new home as I've bonded with her.
