About Oreo

Oreo came to rescue as a 12 week old puppy. However, he was half starved and had skin issues so he could not be placed for adoption while he was small when most people want puppies. Instead, he had to grow up in rescue with other pets, including a chicken, cat, and a big pig. He does well with all other pets but is annoyed, strangely enough, with small puppies. This boy is house and leash trained and loves attention. He wants all of the love he can get. He would make an ideal pet for an older child or an active family. He currently has three older children in his foster home and they do very well together. He does tend to favor the lady of the house though. He also needs a fenced yard to give him a safe place to play. Oreo is 8 months old and weighs nearly 80 lbs.
