About Beech

Life's a Beech with this adorable 'pocket' size lab! Beech is 2 years old, 34 lbs and appears to be a Lab mix. He is a handsome boy with big beautiful brown eyes and a wonderful smile. Beech is bathroom trained at his foster's and is learning basic commands and has mastered 'Sit' and 'Come'. He does well with his fosters kitten - they have become best buds. After having been in several homes over the past few months, Beech has become unsure of his surroundings and can be fearful if feeling overwhelmed by too much activity and play or new people. He will need a patient adopter who will follow a 'shutdown' period using a crate and lots of leash time to help him acclimate to a new home environment and learn to trust and feel secure again.
