This boy showed up with his brother to our house. We think they were dumped in the field across. We posted them as lost/found dogs with no luck. Took them to shelter but they told us they would get euthanized because they appeared to be pitbull,so we took them back home and posted as needing homes. His brother got lucky and found a home but now its been 8 months and we still have this one. I had recenly lost my own dog due to old age and was not ready for another dog. I believe there is someone special for him as he is a very sweet loving dog. He doesn't seem to like leashes though. I tried walking him but he won't go. He looks about 2 years old. He used to play and run with his brother and my other 2 dogs but since he's bigger than my chihuahuas, he gets to stay outdoors and he looks and feels lonely sometimes. We cannot give him the time and love he deserves. we feed and bathe him and let him in to sit with us, but he does not feel like he's ours. I feel bad for him i do not want to take to shelter i am hoping to find him a loving home. He deserves a chance. He is good with dogs and kids and loves belly rubs.Even someone who can foster him would be good.
