About Shady

Shady is a grey domestic short hair cat and is probably about 3 years old and has been neutered. He was found behind a church in Mechanicsville, va. and we believe he was abused due the fact the tip of his left ear has been cut off. He is a little skittish probably due to the treatment of the previous owners but once he warms up to you he is a great cuddle buddy. He does well around other cats but doesn't seem to do well around dogs. He doesn't like loud noise or a lot of activity going on around the house I think with time and the right home that may change. We have been keeping him for a few weeks now and really needs a forever home would try to keep him but since we have a dog and a person in the home allergic to cats it is not the ideal situation or shady. He really needs someone who will show him a lot of love and affection and he has plenty of love that really wants to give back.
