About Scooter

SCOOTER IS PRAYING FOR A MIRACLE! Scooter was found in the woods when he was a baby and it was evident that he was born with an injury and would never walk again. A foster took him in and he got his wheels, but never got his home. Now due to circumstances beyond Scooter's control, his foster must give him up. We are helping to network for him and are looking for a sanctuary or a home where someone has experience with special needs/handicap dogs. Scooter has nowhere to go except back to the shelter where his chances of survival are slim. Are you the special place for a handicap puppy or do you know someone? Please share.
