About Karma in Alpine, TX

Karma is a former stray, rough-coated, beautiful Jack Russell Terrier. She is playful, inquisitive, smart, with a very loyal personality! Karma needs a home with no kids or cats, but she gets along with other dogs. She is approximately three years old, housebroken and spayed. Karma is a 30 pound bundle of love and affection. Never one to turn down a good training session, she knows how to sit, lie down, stay, wait, load up (get into the car), find her toys, and walk on a leash - she loves to learn! Karma was eating out of the dumpster when she was rescued, pregnant, covered in ticks, and muddy. She must have had a scary first year of life, so she needs a calm, gentle owner who can be patient when she gets nervous. In order to adopt Karma, you need JRT experience; if you have never had one, she will not be a good fit for you. She will need a securely-fenced yard and an owner who can give her a lot of attention, daily exercise, and positive reinforcement. If you are gone eight hours a day, she is not going to be a good fit in your home. Oh, did we mention she loves to snuggle? A home visit and good vet reference are mandatory to adopt Karma.
