June with Sean Quinn This classic blue girl is June. This leggy gal has a docked tail and weighs about 35 pounds. She is a 2.5 year old Cattledog who is looking for a home that has herding breed experience. June is a smart girl. She knows her basic obedience commands. She is also house trained and crate trained. June is a fence jumper, so will need a home that takes her with them or keeps her inside. When her people are around, she sticks around. She is very loyal. She loves to take car rides, walks well on leash, and does fine walking through the hardware store as a shopping companion. June warms up to women first, then men. So her new family will need to be okay taking it slow at first. Then, she is a love. She would be fine with older kids or Cattledog savvy middle schoolers. We will not place her with small kids. June can tend to guard her place, so her new home has to understand how to help her meet new folks. Her new home also should know that June is more of a typical Cattledog. June is good with other dogs and most livestock. Supervised, she is good with chickens. She can't be trusted left alone with them, though. She has been fine with the cat at her foster home. June is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is located in Fresno County. A home visit and vet reference are required.
