About MURPHY

Meet MURPHY an adorable, super sweet boy who has had a streak of bad luck recently. First his family dumped him and his brother in an over-crowded kill shelter. The night before a rescue was to pull them, his brother (whom he was very dependent on) disappeared from the shelter. How scary to see his only friend in the world leave and not return. Then the rescue decided not to pull him and Murphy was placed back on the kill list. When Lulu's heard all this, we offered to help Murphy. Murphy is a 2 year old, 48 pound Bassador, a basset hound and lab mix and a heart-melter! He is a bit shy at first meet, but once he is comfortable with you, he is loving and playful. He's new around here so there will be much more about him soon. Right now MURPHY needs a kind, loving family with a friendly resident dog to foster or better yet adopt him.
