Hi! My name is Dulce. I am a chihuahua mix and the vet thinks I am 8-9 years old. I have not had the best life, you see I lived in a hoarding situation and I lived with dozens of other chihuahuas and I didn't get any attention or socialization. I was extremely fearful when HALO took me but I am getting so much better. I discovered that I love to be cuddled and I am true sweet heart. I just learned how to go potty on puppy pads and I am working on going potty outside. I am in need of my own person who can give me the love and attention that I deserve and never had. I will love and cuddle with you forever if you just give me a chance! Approved applicants will be contacted for a meet and greet. A home visit will be required for all adoptions.
