About Carlos

Hi, I'm Carlos and I am a 2 year old chihuahua mix. I am the result of a hoarding situation and I lived with dozens of other chihuahuas and I didn't get any attention from people. Sadly, I lived on a lawn chair most of my young life. Since I came to HALO I have learned to LOVE my foster mommy. She taught me to go potty on puppy pads, to sit, shake, and dance. But I'm still fearful of new people, so I need someone who is very patient and understanding of my behavior. It might take me a while to get comfortable with strangers but I will love my person like crazy! Please give me a chance to show you how much love I have. Approved applicants will be contacted for a meet and greet. A home visit will be required for all adoptions.
