About Vince

Vince is a loveable goofball of a pup. He's got quite the personality and requests all the attention he can have. A medium energy dog, Vince is a good balance of playful and relaxed. He loves treats and is eager to please to get them! He would do well in a home with other dogs who are okay with playing rough. The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
