About Blue

Looking for a loyal running partner or hiking buddy? Look no further! Blue would LOVE a home where he can be active and have an outlet for his puppy energy. He would do excellent in a home with another dog to romp with and a yard to explore. He is a bright eyed and alert pup who reminds us a little of the dog Doug from the movie Up! The lucky family who gets to adopt blue will be in for a lifetime of laughs! Blue would do well in a home with other dogs, but no cats for this handsome boy. The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
