Meet Phinn, 9 weeks old and in search for his awesome forever family. He weighs about 4.5 pounds now and we think he will be a small sized dog when grown.He and his siblings were rescued from a high kill shelter. We believe they are a mix of Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher (good educated guess). They have received two sets of puppy shots, were dewormed and received flea prevention. He is doing great with house training. Fenced in yard would be wonderful. Vet reference or home visit will be conducted before application can be approved.
