Pippi is a 3 year old, purebred, Black Bi Toy Aussie. She is a total lovebug and is searching for a new best friend and family of her own! Pippi likes to do adorable things like hide her bones in all corners of the house - but she's not very good at it! You'll see them sticking out from under the bed, under the hem of a curtain, etc. If you blow in her face softly, she HAS to bury her head in your arm, your lap, a nearby pillow. She is affectionate and loves to snuggle and give kisses. Pippi is great with kids and people and great with other dogs, too. She loves a good game of tug-of-war! She even has a kitty friend in her foster home that she enjoys snuggling with. Pippi is very much a velcro dog and forms strong bonds with her people. Because of this, Pippi has some separation anxiety and would do best in a low-stress home with someone that can stay with her most of the day. If you want a dog that wants to be with you a lot, this Pippi is your girl! Pippi does have a sensitive stomach, so her new owners would have to be dedicated to keeping up with her special diet, as this is non-negotiable for her health. Additionally, this diet is crucial in continuing to aid Pippi with her weight loss journey (she is a bit on the chubby side!) Adopters for Pippi must have a house and a fenced in back yard (sorry, she's not suitable for apartment living!). Pippi will be adopted as an inside pet and as a family member. All other pets in the home must have proof of being up to date on vaccinations and Heartworm preventative. Pippi is up to date on all vaccines, spayed, HW-, on HW/flea preventatives, microchipped, and has normal bloodwork. Pippi's adoption fee is $250.
