This precious young dog came to PCHS with a horrible eye infection and many old injuries; her life must have been awful and filled with fear, pain and neglect. Thanks to a brave young woman who rescued her she has a chance now at a great life. She is special needs as she can be very fearful; especially of men. She and Winks above are just the best of friends!! Mandy will need a very patient loving home with someone very familiar with dogs who have suffered trauma.
