About Palamino

Palamino is a 7 month old chihuahua/terrier mix who is adjusting to living life inside. Palamino has been outside living the farm life, but ended up in trouble after chasing the chickens. Palamino is a great boy who is good with other dogs, but looking for a home with no livestock and no pet birds. Palamino is still a bit shy as he adjusts to hands on attention on a daily basis, but he is coming around quickly. Palamino has a very fun personality, and he grows into it more and more every day. Palamino is learning to play with toys, and coming up to people for attention. Palamino is still a bit unsure of being picked up and carried, but always tolerates it even when unsure. Palamino is a very patient boy who was good with children, but we recommend children old enough to understand when he needs his time and space. Palamino will need house training as he adjusts to living the life of a spoiled indoor pet. Palamino weighs about 15 pounds currently, but may fill out a bit more before he is fully grown. Palamino is a growing pup with lots of spunk and he would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard he can run and play in. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, & vet checked. His adoption fee is $260. His adoption includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Please call for location on the weekends as we have off site events some dogs attend.
