About Balto

Beautiful Balto is 120 pounds of fluff! This malamute mix was born in 2015 and is looking for an owner experienced with the breed. Balto is playful, active, and affectionate. Balto, like many malamutes, is an escape artist so he needs a secure fenced yard. Balto is not cat safe and also doesn't like other dogs, unfortunately. We think he could do well in a home with older kids. Balto knows the sit cue already. Malamutes are a very intelligent breed so they need to be kept busy to be as mentally and physically fit as possible. He will thrive with regular exercise and training! Want to meet Balto?
