About DUTCH

My Heart is broken. This is Dutch, folks. He is an amazing lap dog and a protector of his home. Unfortunately, he has not adjusted well to our children who've come after.. He seems irritated and stressed by them and the wife has put her foot down. Please understand, he is not an overly aggressive, overly dominant dog. The first day we took him in, I slept with him in the guest room all night and he has slept with my other dogs thereafter.. Both the landscaper and my babysitter have won him over easily with no issues. Likewise, he is very loving and has done well with our other dogs. There is just something about him that does not agree with the kids. We cannot chance a situation where a bite may occur, both for the safety of the kids and for his life. I refuse to surrender him to a facility which will jump to conclusions and terminate him. He is very intimidating and large. I do not want to give him up. He is house trained. Eats a LOT of food. Vaccinations are up to date. Would be a wonderful dog for a Husband-Wife/bachelor/bachelorette household. Please help me save him. He deserves a good home. 808.927.7291
