About Tosh

Tosh is a very protective and loyal dog. She is great with kids but nervous around new people,especially men. She has however done great with my husband. We are sad to have to re home her. Due to living arrangements and added health costs we feel we should find a better fit for her. She requires allergy medicine,probiotics and joint health supplements. She has a growth that we were told is non cancerous and doesn't require removal.She would do ideal in a family home or single woman home. She is generally low energy but ocassionally enjoys a walk or run. She also has a history of a broken hip and has pain meds PRN for this. We rarely need to give them to her unless she runs hard and often. She has a dog house,heated kennel pad,leash,dog bowels etc. We are hoping this will be her last home since we are not her first home. She is one of the best behaved dogs I've had.She does require additional health support and caution around strangers (which makes her a good gaurd dog). I am trying to find placement for her as quickly as possible since our landlord is not comfortable having her on the property. We do not personally want money for her just want the best fit for a new home for her. We will plan on taking her in for a vet visit again before re homing her,to ensure her health is where it should be.
