About DOLLY

My name is DOLLY -- love me and I'll love you back!!! A few short weeks ago, a really nice gentleman helped me find safety. As a stray pup in the neighborhood, I was roaming the streets for a bit and my owner was never found. I got real lucky and rescued by a nice lady. My foster mommy took me into her home and I went off to the vet right away. I got a complete health check over. The doc says I am in superior health and physical shape, and I have immaculate white teeth (no bad breath). While I was at the vet, I got all my vaccinations and spayed too! Let me tell you more about myself, I am one very happy & affectionate girly and nick-named 'Wiggles' as my tail is non-stop wagging with complete joy! I am a beautiful white (with a couple of red spots), bull-doggie mix, about three years old, spayed, micro-chipped, and weigh a slim-trim sixty-two pounds. Also, I am house-broken and doggie-door trained. WHAT I LIKE: ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Going on walks & hikes, and I won't drag you on the leash. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Playing with my tennis ball and I won't drive you crazy with fetch and return. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Enjoy car rides and will behave nicely in the car nor will I get car-sick. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Body and belly rubs - makes me so happy! ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Will play independently with my stuffed toys. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Lots of lovin' and being close. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD To be the only pet in the home and enjoy all the attention to myself. Other critters don't seem to bother me, but I am not much to share my toys. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I like children, they entertain me and I am good with them. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I am great in my crate during your absence, will rest peacefully and quietly - not a big barker. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I like activities in the house, please let me watch and participate. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Loud noises and vacuum cleaners. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Baths are not my favorite, but I can tolerate them per my groomer. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Being yelled at - I know the word 'no' so I don't need to be yelled at. WHAT I DO: ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I love you back, respect, and appreciate you. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I can sit for a treat and will be eager to learn more commands. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I am a deep sleeper and often whisper sweet nothing's in my sleep - LOL. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I use the doggie door and am house-broken. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I love to keep you company and will enjoy being your couch buddy. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I will curl up in my kennel with a big comfy blanket and will wait patiently for your return. Give me a chew bone so I am busy and won't feel lonely. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD I am not a big barker but yet I can alert you to a stranger. WHAT I NEED: ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD A house with a nice grassy back yard to run and play in, no apartments please. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD Lots of lovin' & attention, and I will love you back. ��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD A family that can give me some exercise to keep me in the excellent shape I am in. Too good to be true? Thanks, I appreciate that, but doggone, I really want to find my forever home. And I prefer to have all the human attention to myself, so no other pets will be best. I only ask that you love and take good care of me. I do like to play so a secure yard would be best. Sorry, an apartment wouldn't work. Oh, and I wouldn't turn my nose up at an occasional trip to the Golden Arches for a plain burger once in a while. Like I said, after all, I am a dog. But wait. There's more! I come with a sack of premium dog food along with some yummy canned food, a fluffy dog bed, a durable wire crate, a collar, leash, and detailed vet records. My adoption fee is just $125.
