About Robin Hood

Domestic Cat
Age: Young Kitten
Sex: Male

Robin (about 6 months old as of 2/5/18) is a neutered male black shorthaired kitten. Robin and his siblings were born in foster care to a feral mother who was trapped as part of our trap neuter return program. Robin is more on the nervous side, taking his time getting used to all the love people offer him now that he is away from his terrified mother. He has grown to really love cuddling his foster mom and is slowly getting better with strangers but he'll probably never be a super confident or outgoing cat eager to greet new visitors at the door. He hasn't lived with dogs or kids and because he is so timid we think calmer, older dogs and children would be better fits for him than anyone too young and full of energy. Shy and submissive he should be a perfect fit for most cats that won't see his meekness as an opportunity to bully him. Our adoption fee for kittens under 6 months old is $125 or 2 for $200, which includes them getting fixed, microchipped, tested for FIV and FeLV, and up to date on vaccines. If you would like to meet a variety of our kittens, many not listed here yet, please check out our regular adoption events, Sundays from 12-4 at the Vernon Hills Petco.
