[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Rehoming a Wheel Chair Puppy Ninja presented to regular Veterinarian in the middle of the night on November 1 2017 with paralysis. Veterinarian highly suspected Coon Hound Paralysis. With lots of efforts Ninja has improved to the point of now only having hind limb paralysis with loss of urine and stool control. Ninja had been raised with a young child and another dog. He has been living with another dog and cat since the 30th of December 2017. He really wants to chase the cat (not sure if that is play or more). His face lights up when he even hears children's voices now that he does not live with any. Current care giver tries to arrange weekly play dates with children since it brings Ninja such joy. Ninja has his own Wheel Chair thanks to Pets with Disabilities. Angel's Left Behind took Ninja in as a part of the group in March 2018. Angel's Left Behind raised money to have Ninja seen by a Neuroligist at MU Vet School in May 2018. After an MRI Ninja was diagnosed with a Spinal Stroke. So no treatments can be done to help him recover. His foster mom continues to treat with acupuncture monthly and seeing a chiropractor once every 3 months to help Ninja to gain more core strengths which gives him the ability to do so many things on his own. Ninja has such a great spirit, love for life and will to live. He is not in any pain and he seems content in his wheel chair. He is still a puppy so willing to learn to manage life differently and bonds quickly.
