About Zeus

Zeus came to Boxers and Buddies from a Good Samaritan who pulled him from a shelter in an outlying area. In her home, he fixated on cats. We have also found that he is a resource guarder with food and water around other dogs. He's a little standoff-ish with men, but loves the ladies and kids of either gender. He's not comfortable being kenneled. He loves to be with his people. He is low energy. Perfect for a low energy home! He is underweight and we are working on getting some weight back on him. We also found that he may have an issue with his kidneys, but is easily managed with an inexpensive medication.
