About Asa

Asa Girl is gorgeous Malinois Shepherd mix. She is extremely kind hearted, gentle and sweet. Not a barker. Great companion dog. She loves to cuddle and play ball. Asa was rescued from a high kill shelter in CA. She loves people and is very grateful for any gesture of kindness. Shy and cautious and timid at first but warms up quickly. She will make a great hiking buddy. She loves to be active and also enjoys her down time with her human. She is well mannered and very affectionate and loving. Does well in the car. She is currently enrolled in training and the potential adopter will be able to speak to/meet with the trainer to discuss where she is in her progress of learning. We are looking for a Shepherd breed savvy adopter, or someone committed to training. On energy level scale of 1 to 10, she is a 5, right in the middle. She would make a great running buddy and a great Netflix watching buddy. Beautiful dog with mesmerizing eyes. She is very healthy. Asa would do best and feel more confident with another large dog at home. Asa is believed to be over 1 year old. She is microchipped, UTD on shots and spayed.
