This little wiggle butt is full of energy and his tail never stops moving. The only time he will slow down is when he is getting loved on. Baxter is neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. Baxter is available for adoption through Pits to Pets Rescue. Baxter is still a puppy and will need an adopter willing to work on obedience and potty training.
