About BabyGirl

I'm 9 years old and my name is BabyGirl. My previous family loved me so much. They didn't want to part ways, but there was no other choice and they wanted me to have a chance to find a new family. My new friends here are always telling me that I am a 'sweetheart'. I hope that means I'm a good girl because I sure try to be. I'm gentle, calm, and am extremely loving. Since I've only known one life prior to coming to Michiana, it takes me a little bit to open up to strangers. But then, I start to wag my tail and come up for affection. I'm not too interested in treats, my main concern is you - snuggling, cuddling, having you hold me. I used to live with five smaller dogs. I loved them so much and was a good big fur-sister to them. I also used to live with itty bitty kiddos and again, was a good big sister. They were all so nice to me, too. I will let you know when I need to go outside, I won't bark but I do have a specific noise to let you know I gotta go! I do great at being house-trained. I don't cause trouble when you have errands to run. Just please leave me a nice pillow, blanket, or couch and I'm a happy girl! Like I said, I've been well taken care of, so my health is pretty good! I have a couple of lil' lumps and bumps, but other than that - I'm in good shape! Take me on a walk - you'll see! At my age, I do get overlooked often. Please don't look past all I have to offer.
