About Bear

Adoption Fee: $50
Rottweiler
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

I don't want to take him to paws or some other shelter cause I'm fairly certain he will be put down. He's a good dog, but he has to be separate from other animals, he has to be eased into meeting other dogs over several months. He was not well socialized as a pup. He's the typical talking rottie, that intimidates most people and he thrives on that fear from others and just pushes the issue with those people n animals he scares. His favorite things to do is bark at anyone in a uniformin, mostly ups, mail man, garbage trucks, bicycles, and chasing dirt bikes in the woods. He's best with women, tho you better be dominant or he will take advantage of that. Needs someone to be alpha dog or he'll be a dick. Raised primarily by 1 male owner. He's good with kids, but gets jealous quick, mighthe get temperamental if you don't give him loves too. Might even play nibble on the child if kid is laughing. Does it to my son a lot when we rough house..(not a dangerous thing, just saying it so you don't freak out if/when it happens. In my opinion it would be best to ease him into his new life slowly, n don't get him too excited till you know his quirks. Must be on a leash at all times, unless in the woods for a run, and needs a tall fenced yard or regular walks. He's a couch potatoes and sleeps more than most cats, and content being inside all day. If it's raining good luck getting him outside unless it's been 12+ hrs. Don't bother if your a tweaker or an asshole this dog will eat you.
