About Hank

He is a great dog that needs to be trained. His owner hits him for no reason sometimes and his owner got kicked out of his apt behind me but he brings Hank here and puts him on a heavy leash and tells him to stay in the doghouse and leaves for days, with no food or water and when I try to feed him he's so scared to leave the doghouse he just cry's so much. He needs help. The weather is supposed to get really bad tonight and I don't want him to die of exposure.
