Duncan is a 9-10 y/o Chi mix. Duncan was found running around the streets of TX with his little Sheltie mix friend and got picked up by the POPO. Duncan is neutered, chipped and utd on shots. He is dog friendly but doesn't interact much much with bouncy dogs and prefers his canine friends to be more on the chill side.
