Buddy was found on a lonely deserted back road somewhere in Missouri. It appears his owners might have decided they did not want him anymore. Luckily, a Good Samaritan came along and picked him up. Buddy is a very sweet, quiet dog who is looking for someone to give him the best years of his life. Buddy does have a heart condition that is being managed well with medication.
