About Lily

Lilly is a beautiful, well-behaved, perfectly housebroken and extremely affectionate eight-year-old, 46-pound, gentle, strong, loving and friendly, red and white Boxer-mix looking for a loving guardian. She is such a happy, wonderful girl whose nub of a Boxer tail is always wagging and she actually smiles. Lilly lived with a 78-year-old woman who recently passed away. Lilly has moved in with a foster family where she has proven well-behaved with other dogs, but not cats. She is absolutely wonderful with people. She even gave me sweet kisses during our photo shoot. She is an expert cuddler! She is accustomed to having someone around more often than not since her mom was home and didn't go out much except for taking her on her three walks a day, but she is adjusting to longer periods home alone with the other dogs. Lilly would make a fabulous family dog - especially if she has a yard to play in. She just LOVES to play ball. She can be reactive on leash when she sees another dog, but that's easy to handle if you cross the street, or turn around. She's easily manageable - especially when you redirect her with treats. She knows the command sit and takes treats ever so gently and appreciatively from your fingers. Lilly is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and micro-chipped.
