Jasper is a tiny baby boy!!! His dad was a small chihuahus and mom a small terrier. He has had his first set of vaccines, worming and is just precious. Jasper is about 10 weeks old now, and his adopter will be required to sign a legal document stating he will be neutered by 8 mos of age. No homes with dogs over 20 pounds or small kids please.
