My name is Norman, and if you are looking for a handsome, fun dude for a lifetime bromance, I am the boy for you! I am a 10-month-old Foxhound mix who is available for adoption through Fetching Tails Foundation. I am a 42-pound stunning young lad: I have snow-white fur over most of my tall, lean body and delicious caramel-colored spots across my back and face. My big droopy hound ears are always listening for you to tell me what a good boy I am, and my soulful eyes perfectly highlight my unique long snout. Best of all? My personality is even sweeter than my physical good looks! My friends from Fetching Tails Foundation saved me from a southern Illinois shelter; I waited patiently for months, hoping someone would rescue me. I was so excited to get my big break and head to FTF so I can find my loving forever family! I am a happy-go-lucky, submissive dog and am loving life in my foster home. I have a canine foster sister who is teaching me the ropes of living the lavish life and I am really good at following her lead for playtime and cuddle time. I would love to have another playful dog in my forever home so we can be furry friends forever! Since I am a young guy, I have a lot of energy and I would also like a fenced yard at my forever home so I can play zoomies outside and use my energy for good! My favorite activities include playing with my doggie foster sister and chewing on toys. I think it would be fun to have an active family that would enjoy going on long walks and playing fun games together! And when I am all tired out from a day of fun and activity, I love to curl up with my foster momma and doggie sister for a good night's sleep. I am a smart cookie, too, and am learning so much in my foster home. I spent much of my young life in a shelter environment and am working hard on mastering potty training now that I am in a foster home environment with a schedule to follow. With continued practice and patience I will be a potty trained pro in no time! I am crate trained, and rest comfortably in mine while my foster mommy is at work; she comes home at lunch to let me have a potty break and we go on a quick, fun walk! Since I am a young guy, Fetching Tails will require my adopters to sign me up for training classes so I can learn all the fun commands and tricks I see my friends doing. I gotta tell you, I am pretty excited about it! I think socializing and getting my schooling on could be so much fun and a great bonding experience for us! I can't wait for a lifetime of adventures with you by my side, and what a fun first adventure training classes will be! So what are you waiting for?
