Smokey Grey Domestic Short Hair Female 6 years old 10 lbs. Hi, my name is Smokey! Ever heard of the phrase 'good things take time'? I'm kind of adopting that as my life motto at the moment. I'm still feeling a little shy when I meet new people, but I'm just taking my time to find the right forever family to open up with. Until recently, I lived with my family since I was a kitten. I'm still getting adjusted to the change, but I just know there's another family out there for me to help make complete! In my previous life, I grew up with other cats and dogs, so I'm not afraid of other furry family members. Sometimes loud noises startle me, but I'm used to a busy household and promise eventually I'll learn which sounds are 'normal' for my family! Once I get settled in, I'm a pretty mellow family member. I don't need a ton of play time or activities to keep me busy. Just point me in the direction of a sunny snooze spot and I'll keep myself entertained! I'm also interested in some cuddles, but I just want that mutual trust before I can unleash my true love potential. Don't get me wrong; I'm very interested in making new friends. When new people come over, I like to stay nearby and tell them 'meow' in welcome. Let's start with some head pets and work our way up!
