About MARY

Who would like a sweet, faithful companion who shows her devotion and love with her strong desire to please? Meet MARY! She is a healthy, medium-sized, 6 year old who has been searching for a forever family for many months from her temporary home at Meridian Canine Rescue (MCR). MARY does well with kids of all ages. She is housetrained, crate-trained, and walks well on leash after her initial excitement of being out of kennel. She is playful (rolls over for belly rubs) and is up for any adventure that starts in the car and includes long walks. MARY is smart and expert at doggie puzzles like treat dispensers. She knows sit, down, roll-over, stay, come, wait, look, and is treat-motivated to learn more. MARY loves toys, but because of kennel stress, she currently shreds soft toys and balls. With a home routine and family to love her, this behavior will likely change. Although MARY has walked with both little and big dogs, MCR recommends a home where MARY can be the star of the show. MARY has strong prey drive with rodents, so no cats or small animals in her forever home. MCR adoptions include spay/neuter, current vaccines, flea/tick preventative, deworming, wellness exam, and microchip. Adoption fee is $300.
