BENNY is well loved by our family. He is a wonderful dog. He is active, smart and happy. We have 16, 13 and 10 year old boys. Ben is wonderful with us, but is unpredictable with strangers and children outside of our family. He has bitten a child (broke skin/stitch required) who is a friend of one of our boys, forcing us to consider rehoming him to someone who would not have children. Ben would do well with a lot of space with a family with older members. We have his sister, so he is used to another dog, but unsure how he would be with unknown dogs. He's been boarded before and had no issue. He's never been around cats. He loves socks, but unless you for a knot in them he does not chew, just collects. He loves playing with his ball. He will chase a ball all day long, although he's not great at giving it to you to throw! Giving him up is hard for us, but feel it is necessary for the safety of our kids and guests.
