About Sophie

Sophie is a 17 month old female American Pitbull Terrior. She was given to my grandsons as a Christmas gift in 2016, when she was 8 weeks old. Sue to unfortunate circumstances they had to move to an apartment and then my daughter got pregnant. Sophie no longer got much exercise, was confined to the apartment and has not been socialized at all. She get nervous around strange dogs but we are working on it. Sophie would do best in am adult home with people who are very active. She is a very affectionate dog, loves to snuggle and is a bed hog. She has been raised around children but she forgets that they are there and runs them over or plays too rough. She needs someone that can work with her on feeling more secure, can socialize her to other dogs and people and will love her unconditionally because she will love you more than you can imagine. She is a very loyal pup who loves to please. She just needs an outlet for her energy.
