About GG

Adoption pending as of 10/19/18. GG est 2 years old 55 lbs The first thing people notice about GG is how extremely sweet and social she is both with people and dogs. She is super duper attentive and wants a strong loving connection with her people. She has so much love to give she would be perfect for someone needing an emotional therapy dog. When she is interacting with people she is very gentle and calm. GG loves to snuggle, sit at your feet and follow you around the house. When she is hanging out with best friends Max and Lilly (both also available for adoption) she is super playful and love to be chased, to chase, play tug-of-war and wrestle. She has great dog etiquette and meet and greet skills. She has helped herself daily to the first step of her foster mom's the pool. She's wonderful as co-pilot in the car. She has not been tested with cats. She is house trained and goes to her crate on her own when she knows her foster mom if getting ready to leave the house. GG as well as all the foster dogs in her home are feed in their crate and GG always beats her foster mom to her crate when it's breakfast and dinner time. GG sleeps where ever she wants at night which is usually on her foster mom's bed. GG needs a home with at least one other playful canine already part of her adoptive famiy or she is available as a pair with Max. GG was rescued while living on the the streets of Oak Cliff as a homeless stray in Dallas. Before she was rescued by CLASP, GG was given to a family with a 4 ft chain link fence that GG easily jumped and did regularly. In her foster home, where she has a 6 ft wood fence, GG has never displayed any fence jumping or digging out behavior. She is spayed, utd on vaccinations as of Oct 2017, dewormed, GG finished her heartworm treatment and 4 weeks of rest as of 4/22/2018, she is on heartworm/flea/tick & internal worm protection and she is microchipped.
