About Junior

Junior is a 10 month old reported Boxer mix. He came out of Oklahoma and was in a hoarder situation. He is VERY scared. He will take someone with lots of love and patience to bring him out of his shell. He is getting curious with all of our people around here and will let us pet him - still not extremely willing to come out of his kennel but is showing some progress. He is neutered, current on his shots, heartworm negative and will be micro-chipped prior to going home. He hasn't had an inside accident since he has been here but will need to learn the bathroom routines in his new home. Another outgoing dog in the home may be very good for him. He gets along with other dogs. We would probably not recommend he go to a home with small and active children as we think it would be too much for his system to handle with the lack of socialization he has apparently received.
