Meet OSCAR, is a 3 year old Bischon Frise. Oscar came to us from a high kill shelter in the Chicagoland area where he was surrendered after his owner moved into senior living. Oscar is finally settling into his foster home. He was completely stressed and we don't blame him. Oscar is house trained and crate trained, he loves car rides and loves to play with toys. Oscar is learning to trust and sometimes is still fearful... so we feel he would do best in a home with kids over 12. Oscar is working through his fear and is improving everyday!
